I’m Raw Jenni.  I have been…

~   High Raw since 2010, and
~   High Raw Vegan (low fat) since 2012.

My Mission

Helping others improve their diet and therefore their lives.

By helping them…

~   receive relief of ailments/illnesses and
~   increase energy and zest for life

… through raw food, essential oils, coaching, e-books, videos, and blog posts
(and deeper inner healing where desired).

I believe in healthy, whole, ripe, organic (where possible), plant based foods that are the following:

~80/10/10 Low Fat/Raw Vegan
~ High Raw Foods (fruits and veggies mainly, little amounts of seeds, nuts, etc.)
~ Gluten Free
~ Dairy Free
~ Vegan

I’m committed to growing in these areas towards optimal health and vitality for daily life.

This website shows logs of my daily food intake, and how it all worked out, tips I’ve learned, info about my raw food coaching, videos, photo journal, and so much more!

I’m not 100% raw, but I’m really close!  I’m convinced that the health benefits of a raw vegan lifestyle outweigh any pleasures of processed cooked food.  (I’ve come a long way!).  See my Testimonies page and Videos for the long list of ailments I used to have!

I believe periods of all raw food are incredibly healing to our bodies, and worth learning how to do it for increased health and vitality.

From junkfood junkie to raw vegan.

In my journey, I longed to read stories of people that had gone through the transitions that I was going through. This story will be one like that. One to read for comfort that you are not alone in this journey to better health. One that shares a plethora of lessons and tips learned as a beginner raw vegan. I was curious what detoxing people went through, and wanted to know that what I was going through was “normal”.  I hope this does the same for you.
