Raw carob – how to avoid the gritty taste

Soak the raw carob in water before you use it.

Give it a stir, and it doesn’t come out as gritty.

For example, I make my raw moccachino with raw carob.

I have to soak the dried dates anyway, so I put the 1 Tablespoon of raw carob IN WITH THE DATES, and voila!

I just saved a little time as well 🙂
